## Introduction to Reach Your People

Hello, and welcome to Reach Your People (RYP), a communication hub for blockchain projects!

We are here to connect users with projects they hold, are engaged with, or have interest in. We do this simply by connecting what is in your wallet with verified communities that would like to give you updates, without having to tell the projects anything about yourself.

Think of it as an automatic news subscription service that allows you to stay informed on everything you care about, without having to deal with subscribing or unsubscribing. The best thing about it is that not only will you remain up-to-date at all times, but you also get to choose where to receive your updates. You can set default notification channels like email, and set up important news to be sent to you via text message, for example.

RYP will keep you in touch with projects, simply because you have their NFT or token in your wallet. Beyond that, your stake pool (SPO) or delegated Representative (dRep) will be able to give you updates on their activity in the ecosystem and invite you to polls or other relevant opportunities.

Beyond just manually published news, you can also automatically get notifications about things that happen in the ecosystem on-chain. These are events such as new governance proposals, upcoming hard forks or if you stake pool suddenly retires. Never miss out on what happens.
